Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of underwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@eliowear.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We want to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

All underwear sales are final. We cannot accept returns for worn or opened items due to hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
